Lead Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication with client stakeholders on status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure.
• Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation using project methods/tools.
• Proficiently gather requirements and present features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in backend-focused software engineering
• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, and S3
• High-level design proficiency following UML/C4/ArchiMate
• Mentor and guide junior team members
