Lead FullStack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design of end-to-end features from frontend to backend services.
• Drive AI integration including MCP servers for AI-driven workflows.
• Build and maintain high-throughput, scalable backend services.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to translate data visuals into UI.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in software development in Lead/Staff roles.
• Frontend: React (preferred) with strong state management and performance focus.
• Backend: Java or Python, multi-threading and concurrency.
• API Design & Integration: RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Distributed Systems: Design and scale high-load architectures.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Experience with LLMs, AI workflows, MCP servers.
