Lead Functional Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of BAs; set standards for extracting rules from VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics.
• Define and standardize BA methodology and playbooks across Prosthetics Delivery.
• Apply human-centered design: journey mapping, personas, usability testing, co-design.
• Review BRDs, specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for clarity.
• Collaborate with VA owners and Governance & Architecture on strategy and scope.
• Facilitate design thinking and usability testing across Prosthetics workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business/Admin, IT, Healthcare Admin, or HCD; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years as a BA, with leadership in IT or healthcare modernization.
• Functional understanding of VA VistA and Prosthetics module to extract/validate rules.
• Experience with HCD methods: research, personas, journey mapping, usability testing.
• Experience defining/standardizing a BA practice or playbook.
• Strong Agile-at-scale, requirements mgmt, and stakeholder facilitation.
