🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional game dev, shipped titles with Unreal Engine
• 2+ years leading or managing engineers
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprint
• Hands-on with online multiplayer systems incl replication, client-server
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience shipping live-service or online multiplayer games a plus
