🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in outbound cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, or similar sales development roles.
• Excellent spoken English skills with clear, professional business communication.
• Strong written English skills for effective follow-up emails and outreach messages.
• Experience with phone outreach, prospect research, and CRM activity tracking.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records.
