Lead Generation Manager

📋 Description

• Execute in-quarter lead generation programs — build, launch, and optimize campaigns focused on
• Promote and distribute content assets (reports, webinars, and more) across channels to maximize
• Partner with marketing to ensure lead generation tactics are integrated into all activities (e.g.
• Monitor lead quality in partnership with performance marketing, flag gaps, and push for
• Segment the prospect pool and build targeted nurture campaigns that accelerate leads toward a sales
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve lead flow and routing, using tools to identify drop-off

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in lead generation, performance marketing, or a similar funnel-focused role, ideally in
• Obsessed with lead flow and conversion metrics — know your MQL-to-SQL rate and how to improve it.
• Fast, self-sufficient executor who delivers with minimal back-and-forth.
• Strong conversion copywriting skills; write emails and landing pages that drive clicks and form
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HockeyStack, HubSpot
• Collaborative and communicative — able to work closely with sales and ops to keep lead quality
