📋 Description

• Establish rapport and build relationships with customers
• Acquire sales leads from channels (social, referrals, events, online)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to nurture leads in campaigns
• Maintain a CRM with accurate lead data
• Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone
• Research market trends and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as Appointment Setter or Lead Gen with international clients
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
• Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
• Experience with MS Office (word processing and spreadsheets)
