🎯 Requirements

  • Basic experience with outbound automation tools or strong willingness to learn
  • Understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, messaging, funnels) or readiness to learn quickly
  • Enjoys structured, operational work and building clear processes
  • Comfortable working under supervision with regular reporting
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment
  • English proficiency at least B1
