• Global network across think tanks, academia, civil society.
• AI policy acumen: data governance, safety, open-source, enterprise adoption.
• Budget management for sponsorships, memberships, and grants (ROI-focused).
• Exceptional communication to articulate complex policy narratives to external audiences.
