📋 Description

• Lead and grow a talented group of 2D graphic and UI artists, managing daily tasking and priorities
• Partner with the Art Director and Art/Design Leads to establish the 2D art style by creating mood
• Oversee visual quality across in-house and external co-development teams—providing hands-on
• Develop, refine, and execute high-fidelity 2D artwork, iconography, typography, and graphic assets
• Partner closely with Game Designers, Engineers, and UI/UX specialists to ensure graphic assets
• Maintain an organized, efficient workflow across distributed teams, ensuring milestone deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of graphic design, UI, or 2D art experience within the video game industry, with proven
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Art, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and standard UI design
• Hands-on experience implementing UI/UX or graphic assets inside Unreal Engine.
• Exceptional mastery of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, user-centered design principles, and
