🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance / Controlling - ideally within a fast-paced scale-up
• Strong university degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or a related
• Strong analytical acumen, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
• Fluent in English; German skills are a strong advantage.
• Practical experience working with financial tools such as LucaNet and SAP S/4HANA are a plus.
