📋 Description

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth engineering team, setting standards for execution
• Architect, scale, and maintain our experimentation infrastructure, including feature flagging
• Drive full-funnel engineering initiatives across web and mobile platforms to optimize member
• Implement trustworthy event instrumentation and data pipelines in partnership with Data Science to
• Partner directly with Product, Design, and Marketing leadership to translate business objectives
• Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making, rapid iteration, and pragmatic trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and operating production services at scale, with deep technical
• Prior leadership experience hiring, managing, or technically guiding growth engineering teams in
• Expertise in experimentation engines, feature flag management, event telemetry, and full-funnel
• Strong business acumen and fluency in core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, activation velocity
• Solid foundations in API design, relational databases, data modeling, asynchronous processing, and
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial goals into pragmatic technical solutions while
