📋 Description

• Help build Ello’s growth-engineering strategy, operating model, tooling, and standards.
• Develop and own growth features end to end across mobile, web, backend, and lifecycle channels—from
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and
• Design and run small, fast experiments; define success metrics; instrument the experience; and turn
• Improve critical journeys such as onboarding, signup, parent experiences, referrals, notifications
• Build or evolve experimentation, analytics, and data systems that increase the team’s velocity of
