📋 Description

• Own the growth marketing strategy and roadmap, deciding what the team prioritizes and why, based on
• Build and manage the experiment pipeline: intake, prioritization, velocity, and a consistent
• Set and enforce the quality bar for campaigns, messaging, and experimentation rigor across the team
• Coach and develop growth marketers, leveling up their strategic thinking, execution, and craft
• Serve as the primary stakeholder manager of your area for Product, Analytics, Data Science
• Partner with Product leadership to shape the digital experience strategy for converting, retaining

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in lifecycle and growth marketing
• Product-led growth experience desired (bonus points for experience/understanding with agent-led
• A track record of managing an experiment pipeline or portfolio of programs, not just running
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing marketers, formally or as a team lead
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a highly technical audience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving alignment across Product, Analytics, Data
