7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops
Experience shipping data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production
Excellent numerical skills, with technical background or education strongly preferred
Claude is a must and SQL/Python skills are a plus
Familiarity with how Sales or Marketing teams actually operate
Experience working in the messy middle between business strategy and technical execution
