📋 Description

• Define and execute global Customer Skills enablement for 3,000+ Field Engineers, elevating from
• Build AI-powered enablement workflows, content pipelines, and practice environments to scale
• Collaborate with FE leadership and People/Enablement to embed customer-skills in hiring
• Lead discovery, executive engagement, value framing, and consumption-driven selling within real
• Scale enablement across AMER, EMEA, and APJ with a focus on measurable behavior change and impact.
• Define KPIs for field performance and drive programs that translate into customer conversations.

• Technical leadership with experience scaling customer-facing skills inside a large global tech org.
• Proven ability to run discovery and engage executives, turning technical wins into consumption.
• Strong point of view on AI-driven talent development and the skills that remain scarce as execution
• Deep understanding of how technical people learn and how to shift behavior at scale.
• Builder mentality: develop tools, AI workflows, and practice systems to enable the field.
• Experience building programs from scratch (0-to-1) and working with senior leaders as peers.
