🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years designing electronics for harsh, mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading engineers and mentoring on best practices.
• Experience driving rigorous processes: requirements, reviews, verification.
• Experience delivering avionics systems on time and within budget.
• Experience collaborating with mechanical, thermal, electrical, and software teams.
