Lead Hardware Reliability Engineer, Electrical (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Lead and hire a team of electrical hardware reliability engineers supporting Starshield production
• Mentor team members in root-cause investigations of electrical hardware
• Align goals with production and partner teams to meet reliability objectives
• Collaborate to create career growth plans building technical capabilities
• Drive corrective actions for products not meeting design specs using yield/defect data
• Document failure analysis findings, test results, and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, physics, or related field
• 3+ years of hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering
• 1+ years of experience leading a project, team, or people
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with partners at multiple levels
• Experience deploying large-scale solutions in manufacturing
• Experience with digital/mixed-signal designs, power electronics, or RF electronics using test gear
