Lead, Head Office Operations Control

📋 Description

• Lead head office internal controls across all functions.
• Manage 2LoD control testing and governance program.
• Liaise between Internal Controls and head office teams.
• Ensure COSO and ISO 31000 compliance and governance.
• Oversee assets, procurement, HR, facilities, and real estate.
• Build and lead Shared Service Control Officers team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in internal control, audit, or risk mgmt.
• 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Banking/financial services industry experience preferred.
• Big Four IC/ICFR experience a plus.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred.
• COSO and ISO 31000 knowledge; ERM familiarity.
