Lead Healthcare Data Analyst (Post-sale)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary post-sale data SME for HealthVerity clients
• Translate complex RWD into actionable insights for life sciences
• Lead client trainings and document post-sale use cases
• Collaborate with Sales and Data Delivery to ensure on-time licensing
• Mentor junior team members and improve methodologies
• Proactively identify client data needs and route signals to Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related field
• 4+ years client-facing healthcare analytics experience
• Healthcare data expert across claims, EMR, lab; standards ICD, CPT, LOINC
• Proficient in SQL or Python; query large relational databases
• Experience evaluating fit-for-purpose data and research protocols
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience applying RWD to RWE/HEOR and related research
• Direct experience with teams in technology or life sciences (HEOR, medical affairs)
