Lead Healthcare Data Analyst (Pre-sale)

📋 Description

• Query multiple data types (claims, EMR, labs) using SQL to identify populations in HVM data.
• Conduct pre-sale feasibility analyses of varying breadth and depth.
• Coordinate Sales and Data Delivery to ensure timely, accurate data delivery.
• Develop technical, clinical, operational, and business specs for teams.
• Lead documentation, analytics automation, and AI enablement to boost efficiency.
• Showcase HealthVerity’s value as SME in healthcare data and RWE.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years in a consultative, client-facing role.
• At least 6 years using SQL against large relational databases with patient-level data.
• Healthcare data expert across data types and standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, LOINC).
• Experience evaluating fit-for-purpose data and implementing research protocols.
• Experience applying RWD to healthcare and life sciences questions (RWE, HEOR, R&D).
• Ability to travel occasionally to HealthVerity HQ in Philadelphia, PA.
