Lead HR Applications

📋 Description

• Lead HR Applications team, coaching and developing a culture of collaboration, accountability
• Manage project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, issue resolution, and delivery of HR
• Establish governance standards, service levels, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks
• Oversee HRIS and related applications, ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and reliable
• Direct design, testing, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of workflows
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science
• HR technology experience: 4+ years supporting HRIS, HR tech, reporting, analytics, and integrations.
• Implementation experience: Led HR tech implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional projects.
• Leadership: Experience leading people or initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency: HR systems, SQL, Excel, reporting platforms, analytics, dashboards.
• Automation and AI: Knowledge of AI-enabled tech and automation/tools integration preferred.

• Salary: Base pay range of $81,500–$100,000 per year
