Tier 2 subject matter expert for HR Shared Services across Compensation, Benefits, and Performance
Primary escalation point for complex, high-impact cases beyond Tier 0/1, partnering with Payroll
Drive operational excellence, knowledge base improvements, and support system enhancements and
Provide guidance to Tier 1 teams on complex cases, policy interpretation, and processes.
Ensure timely resolution within service levels with quality and consistent customer experience.
Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related.
6+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
Experience managing complex HR operational cases across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS preferred; regional/global operations a plus.
