Lead HVAC Technician (Starship)

📋 Description

• Coordinate maintenance plans for HVAC equipment (air handlers, pumps, cooling towers).
• Maintain PM schedule for launch HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to keep systems in peak condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality policies and applicable codes (OSHA, EPA, NEC).
• Execute sitewide processes to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years maintenance technician experience.
• 3+ years experience HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Associate degree or vocational equivalent in HVAC (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Experience writing detailed repair reports (preferred).
