📋 Description

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to nurture mutual respect.
• Provide primary caregiving to 1-3 infants with two other guides.
• Communicate with leadership, parents, and teachers.
• Observe and record developmental milestones.
• Lead the team to maintain accreditations and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MACTE Montessori cert or RIE training preferred.
• 5+ years in an infant environment.
• Primary caregiving techniques.
• Observation techniques and documentation.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
