• Deliver high-quality, live virtual instruction to 100–8,000+ Fellows
• Plan, prepare, and lead virtual classroom sessions
• Manage Q&A, chat, and engagement during class
• Collaborate with operations for smooth program delivery
• Flexible scheduling with weekday/weekend sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace or related advanced manufacturing
• Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
• Experience with OSHA, 5S, FOD safety standards
• Experience following engineering drawings and specs
• Depth in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites
• Experience teaching adult learners in technical subjects
• Ability to deliver engaging live virtual instruction at scale
• Strong communication and presentation skills
