• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
• Experience in physical data centers or similar environments
• Mentoring or supervising experience if no prior teaching
• Desire to help students upskill into data roles
• Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for diverse learners
• Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills
