Lead Instructor: Data Center Technician (Japanese speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead large synchronous online lectures for diverse learners.
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and Q&A.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time program delivery.
• Flexibly contribute to classes on weekdays and/or weekends as schedules vary.
• Maintain high energy to engage learners and pace lessons.
• Remote role; compatible with Japan Standard Time.

🎯 Requirements

• CDCP – Certified Data Center Professional from EPI
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Experience in physical data centers or similar environments
• Strong teaching, training, facilitation, coaching, or onboarding experience
• Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse adult learners
• Empathy, flexibility, patience, and learner-centered mindset; CompTIA A+, Network+ a plus
