Lead Instructor: GenAI

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources.
• Act as GenAI SME, contributing insights to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives.
• Stay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants and agents, and methods for connecting AI to enterprise use cases.
• Participate in internal dry runs and client calls to align goals, audience, and content before delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to workshop participants, answering questions and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Teach responsible AI use—verify output, identify reliability gaps, handle sensitive data, and stay accountable for final work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Extensive experience building custom AI assistants and agents, connecting to business data, using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Public speaking, teaching or training experience with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences including executives and non-technical professionals.
• Passion for education, learning, and technology to empower others.
