Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate live virtual classes for diverse learner groups, potentially 100 to 8,000+
• Deliver technical instruction in German on ML data workflows, generative AI, foundation models
• Explain data collection, annotation, labeling decisions, model training, evaluation, deployment
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics: Q&A, chat, pacing, engagement, content delivery.
• Adapt instructional approaches for learners with different backgrounds.
• Prepare thoroughly for each lecture; ensure accuracy and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German to deliver instruction; strong English for written communication and escalation.
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models; pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF, alignment.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero/one/few-shot).
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and production AI workflows.
• Understanding of multimodal/cross-modal AI and how they influence annotation/evaluation.
