• Lead and facilitate live virtual ML data instruction in German
• Deliver content on ML data workflows, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG
• Manage classroom dynamics and learner engagement
• Collaborate with English-speaking teams on schedules and updates
• Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement
• Provide constructive feedback to improve course quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong English for written communication
• ML lifecycle understanding: data collection, training, evaluation, deployment
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models (RLHF, model alignment)
• Hands-on prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot)
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Understanding of multimodal/cross-modal AI
