Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate live virtual classes for diverse learner groups, in a remote setup.
• Deliver technical instruction in German on ML data workflows, generative AI, foundation models
• Explain data collection, annotation, labeling decisions, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics, Q&A, chat, pacing, and content delivery.
• Adapt instructional approaches to learners with different backgrounds and levels of understanding.
• Prepare thoroughly for each lecture, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German sufficient to deliver instruction and English proficiency for written
• Strong ML lifecycle understanding: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment; explain
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models (pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot) and teaching
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and production AI workflows.
• Understanding of multimodal and cross-modal AI and their impact on annotation and evaluation.
