Lead Integration Build Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers for Haven-1 build/test
• Support daily hardware production and integration
• Plan and execute build, integration, and validation against reqs
• Develop tooling and fixtures for Haven-1 integration
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, and mission teams
• Drive continuous improvement in build processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, electrical, or related field
• 2+ years of related engineering experience
• Experience with build, assembly, integration or test of complex systems
• Hands-on hardware manufacturing or test experience
• Experience leading teams or projects
• Familiarity with Epsilon3 and Python environments
