Lead Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Lead a team to define build, test, and shipping infra for satellites.
• Support day-to-day hardware production and vehicle integration.
• Ensure satellite manufacturing is safe, reliable, on time, cost-effective.
• Drive design requirement optimization, reduce steps, and increase automation.
• Implement continuous improvements to production controls and reduce errors.
• Maintain knowledge of satellite systems: design, schematics, operations, and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
• 2+ years of design/manufacturing experience in aerospace or electronics.
• 1+ year of leadership experience leading teams, projects, or people.
• 5+ years of professional design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with build, integration, and testing of propulsion, thermal, or electrical hardware.
