Lead Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support store operations.
• Receive, count, and manage inventory per state cannabis regs.
• Track products in Metrc, Sweed POS, and seed-to-sale systems.
• Support front-of-house sales to ensure great customer service.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and monthly inventories.
• Oversee deliveries, receipts, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• At least 6 months inventory or cycle counts in retail.
• Comfort using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
