Lead Inventory Specialist (Falcon) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Support daily/weekly team meetings to help the team improve
• Oversee daily backlogs and RFIs to meet metric targets
• Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands
• Provide input on employee performance
• Serve as focal point for area group production coordinators
• Contribute to area improvement project to-do lists

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years warehouse experience
• 1+ years SpaceX materials management experience
• Forklift and related inventory equipment experience
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with inventory and kitting processes
