Lead Inventory Specialist (Starship)

📋 Description

• Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve
• Oversee daily shift backlogs; maintain continual oversight to RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to
• Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands
• Provide input to employees' performance
• Function as focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities
• Participate in adding to the area group's "to-do" lists for improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ months as a SpaceX technician OR 1+ years of experience in an outside production/operations
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience operating a forklift and other related inventory equipment
• Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
