📋 Description

• Own the architectural direction of our native iOS app (Swift/Obj-C).
• Design scalable, testable features for scheduling, payments, and engagement.
• Lead initiatives to improve code structure, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration and client-server interactions.
• Drive mobile-focused technical explorations and POCs to evaluate new technologies and tooling.
• Oversee collaboration across CTO, Designers, Product, QA to build a fast, reliable app.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years native iOS development incl. enterprise architecture.
• Leadership in Architect/Tech Lead/Team Lead roles.
• Proven track record of high-load client-backend apps.
• Strategic, hands-on leader with actionable plans.
• Strong communication and ability to document decisions.
• Experience with iOS libraries and tooling.
