📋 Description

• Be IP lead for copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Counsel on IP risk in model development and outputs.
• Structure and negotiate licensing across our platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and commercial teams.
• Help build frameworks to protect and extend ElevenLabs' IP.
• Operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving AI company.

🎯 Requirements

• JD with active U.S. state bar or UK qualification.
• 6+ years advising on IP issues, including copyright/trade secrets.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IP transactions, including licensing.
• Strong command of IP issues unique to generative AI.
• Excellent business judgment, writing, and attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
