Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web apps across multiple domains.
• Translate requirements into scalable, production-ready software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Develop backend services with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Build responsive front-end apps using React and modern JavaScript.
• Design microservices with proper inter-service communication, observability, and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years building production-grade enterprise apps; 6+ years preferred for lead scope.
• Advanced Java (11/17) and strong Spring Boot experience.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, OOD, and system design knowledge.
• Experience designing microservices with observability and scalability.
• Front-end: React; Angular/Vue a plus.
