Lead Kitchen Agent

📋 Description

• Oversee daily edible production and packaging on 1st shift.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment with GMP/SOP adherence.
• Ensure inventory controls and accurate packaging materials.
• Enforce SOPs, manufacturing formulas, and quality checks.
• Lead coaching and development of kitchen and packaging staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in food or confectionery processing/manufacturing.
• Experience in training, leading, and mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and QA/QC practices.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand tasks.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to plant material.
