📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Large Form Factor MDC product line, driving delivery and alignment
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability to enable predictable execution and scale
• Provide input on pricing, capacity planning, and scaling strategy in collaboration with the GM.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, including system architecture, mechanical/electrical

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, engineering, or product execution, preferably in infrastructure/data
• Hands-on experience scaling hardware/systems products toward higher-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and cost management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and commercial
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence across the organization.
