📋 Description

• Architect GitLab's AI-native learning ecosystem.
• Lead company-wide AI fluency and enablement strategy.
• Embed AI fluency into onboarding and leadership programs.
• Own multi-year learning platform strategy and roadmap.
• Drive ops excellence for Talent Management & Development.
• Partner with People Technology on architecture briefs, integrations.
• Partner with People Analytics to define measurement infrastructure and dashboards.
• Lead global compliance training and vendor management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise AI enablement programs at tech companies.
• Hands-on design/deploy of AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Design learning ecosystems using AI for adaptive learning and coaching.
• Build and own multi-year tech roadmaps and investments.
• Deep knowledge of LMS admin, migrations, integrations, vendor mgmt.
• Translate talent needs into technical requirements; work on APIs and data structures.
• Strong program management: roadmaps, releases, documentation, automation.
• Experience with instructional design, analytics, and global compliance training.
