Lead, Learning & Employee Experience

📋 Description

• Design, deliver and run new employee onboarding end to end, including tailored paths with
• Facilitate live learning and onboarding sessions for groups of 10 to 60+ participants, in person
• Design, develop, and oversee key employee events from concept to delivery, including budgeting
• Build and run learning programs, designing curriculum and managing the learning platform
• Create feedback loops to measure program effectiveness and keep stakeholders aligned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, delivering, and running onboarding, learning, or employee experience programs
• Demonstrated excellence as a facilitator for live sessions with mixed and senior audiences, in
• Hands-on experience planning and producing employee events, including experience design, budgets
• Instructional design and curriculum-building experience, with ability to build in a learning
• Data-driven approach with strong feedback and metrics use, and good judgement in leveraging AI
• Nice to have: Experience implementing an LMS (such as Docebo), multi-day event production for 200+
