📋 Description

• Lead learning projects: leadership content and platform features with SMEs.
• Identify training needs with partners; create instructor-led and virtual training.
• Forecast contact drivers, plan troubleshooting, and curate learner experiences.
• Design measurable learning objectives and develop transfer-ready materials.
• Develop coursework, facilitate sessions, and manage online courses.
• Deliver training in person, classroom, or online/asynchronous.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in L&D; 2+ years in instructional design; Articulate 360.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Coach with Leadership and Talent Development.
• Facilitate technical workshops in-person or virtual.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Experience with AI, e-learning tech, and WalkMe.
