📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a growing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Serve as Pod Lead to drive delivery of ML solutions.
• Ensure timely, high-quality outputs on complex ML projects.
• Manage ML projects end-to-end from concept to deployment.
• Build strong client relationships and explain complex concepts.
• Participate in sales as SME, scoping SOWs and estimates.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership and management experience of technical staff.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technical Skills: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Google Cloud Platform.
