📋 Description

• Supervise maintenance staff in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Address maintenance requests efficiently, completing them within 24 hours.
• Maintain high resident service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service.
• Read/write basic English for resident inquiries.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel may be required.
• High attention to detail, proactive, and tech savvy; strong communication.
