Lead development, validation, and sustainment of manufacturing processes and MGSE for spacecraft.
Set technical direction for manufacturing development, balancing quality, cost, and schedule.
Collaborate with design, systems, test, production, quality, and PM for readiness.
Mentor engineers; promote best practices and continuous improvement (DFX).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience leading technical engineering teams or manufacturing development.
Experience developing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production docs.
CAD proficiency: SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD.
Knowledge of DfX concepts (DfM/DfA) and aerospace standards (NASA, ECSS, ISO).
Experience with MGSE, tooling, fixtures, and AIT in aerospace.
