📋 Description

• Daily assignment of work, balancing team bandwidth.
• Coordinate weekly testing goals with area supervisor.
• Train team members to advance skillsets.
• Enforce safety standards and area organization.
• Audit lab for hazards and implement safety nets.
• Model proper lab space and equipment care.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support leadership on training and development plans.
• Identify blockers and escalate to keep testing on track.
• Propose and develop improvement projects to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in aerospace lab with thermal instrumentation (DMA/TMA/DSC/TGA/LFA).
• Experience scheduling work and coordinating priorities.
• Experience managing a team or projects.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP/shop floor software.
• Familiarity with ASTM standard testing.
