Lead field crews of mechanics and subcontractors on commercial job sites
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chillers, boilers, RTUs, AHUs, and VAV boxes
Program and interface with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems
Interpret mechanical schematics, electrical diagrams, and architectural blueprints
Enforce jobsite safety and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
Communicate with general contractors, customers, and other trades

🎯 Requirements

5-10+ years of commercial HVAC field experience
Minimum 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
Experience with 3-phase electrical and hydronic piping systems
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required
Valid driver's license and CDL endorsement preferred
